Rock Maple Wood Blanks are a very light-coloured and tight grained species primarily used to show exceptional contrast with other species due to its whiteish appearance. However still looks beautiful on its own with its subtly vivid grain patterning.
Hardwood sourced from Canada/North America.
For its density it wood-turns very well and is used for joinery, cabinetry and other disciplines due to its toughness yet easy workability.
One of its main characteristics is its sugary sweet “Maple Syrup” aroma, I’ll let you put 2 and 2 together on that one.
Sizes and Colour:
Will vary due to being a natural product, for larger quantities inquiry is key for availability.
When deciding on sizing required, it’s always better to allow larger specifications than you need, you can always remove more stock, you can’t add it back on later.
For projects larger than the available sizing, consider laminating multiple wood blanks to achieve your desired stock size.
All timber is sourced from sustainable and ecologically friendly sources and is kiln dried to Australian Quality Standards.
