Tru-Grind Tool Holder:
The Tru-Grind Jig locks securely into place ensuring you are repeating exact sharpening degrees for each tool, therefore speeding up the process and saving tool length. No more mucking around to get the correct sharpening angle each time. This single jig will take mini tools up to 1-1/2″ in diameter. Unlike other systems there is no need for several jigs or multiple accessories.
EASIEST JIG – Ken Port, inspired by a design developed by the American Engineer Jerry Glazer, designed the Tru- Grind jig with an easy lock and rotate system, unlike any other companies jig. Meaning you don’t need to fiddle around getting the right angle each time.
Our jig simply sharpens ALL of your woodturning tools. As well as offering a wide range of sharpening solutions for turning tools, including mini tools, it can sharpen a wide range of tools for carving and carpenters. With a small amount of adjustments it can sharpen drill bits as well. Compact in size as due to our unique Tru-Grind jig design there is no need for a huge base slide like other systems on the market.
Tru-Grind Premium Base Slide:
Easy slide for accuracy – The new generation Tru-Grind Premium Base Slide design features a plastic sliding system within the base slide casement enabling a smooth slide and eradicating the risk of dust build up.
Measurement guide for repeatability – Many base slides on the market do not provide a measurement rule, which results in the inability to accurately repeat your grind every time. The new generation Tru-Grind Premium Base Slide has a numbered ruler etched on with an indication pointer for exact repeatability.
Single product for both sides of your grinding station – Tru-Grind Premium Base Slide is a single product with etch marks on both sides and very simple instructions on how to adjust from left to right.
