Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. For international enquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.
Processing time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Most timber is cut to order, so dispatch on bespoke lengths or large slabs may take longer; if there’s any delay we’ll contact you by phone or email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9am–4pm and Sat 9am–12pm (Sydney time).
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, dimensions, and weight. We dispatch via Australia Post and Aramex, selecting the carrier best suited to the size and destination of your order.
- Small items (hand tools, pen kits, abrasives, blanks under 5kg): Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post.
- Medium and large items (dressed timber, boxed tools, finishes, slabs, machinery): Aramex road freight, or Australia Post where size and weight permit.
Delivery timeframes
- Sydney metro: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
- NSW regional, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra: 3–5 business days.
- Adelaide, Hobart: 5–7 business days.
- Perth, Darwin, remote / off-road areas: 7–14 business days.
Timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Heavy slabs and machinery may take longer during peak periods.
Pickup from the Mulgrave showroom
Free local pickup is available from our Mulgrave showroom: 15 Railway Rd North, Mulgrave NSW 2756. Select “Local pickup” at checkout. We’ll phone or email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Damaged or lost in transit
Every order is packed carefully, but damage in transit occasionally happens. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@trendtimbers.com.au or 02 4577 5277. We’ll organise replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
For items lost in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier; most cases are resolved within 5 business days.
