2. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we confirm the order by email and dispatch the goods. Until that point we may decline or cancel your order, for example if the product is out of stock, has been mispriced, or we cannot deliver to your address.
We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Prices are shown on each product page and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time we accept your order.
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.
Sale and “was / now” prices on this website reflect the product’s previous regular selling price on this website or in our physical store.
4. Natural timber variation
Timber is a natural material. Colour, grain, figure, and moisture content vary between boards, even within the same species. Photographs on this website are representative; the timber you receive will not be identical to the photograph. Variations in colour, grain pattern, knots, gum veins, and natural features are not considered defects.
Where exact dimensions are critical to your project, please contact us before ordering so we can select suitable stock or quote custom preparation.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Your rights in respect of returns, refunds, and replacements are set out in our Refunds and Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantee that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Machinery and tool warranties
Machinery and power tools sold on this website carry the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page or in the product documentation. Warranty claims are handled through Trend Timbers on behalf of the manufacturer. To initiate a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photographs.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions, photography) is owned by Trend Timbers or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use our content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trend Timbers’ liability for any loss or damage arising out of your purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other non-excludable statutory right.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be dealt with in the courts of New South Wales.
