Description
This is a brute of a thicknesser, featuring 4hp 15amp 1ph of power, driving a massive 97mm cutterhead with helical carbide knives for the smoothest finish possible.
Designed to handle larger pieces of stock, the 410mm width, gives you the ability to join boards and then thickness them accurately for your projects. A 4mm pass is possible (recommended max) on even the most difficult timbers.
The infeed is assisted with driven rollers, while the optional solid cast outfeed extension gives great support for your longer boards. Adjustment is easy with 1/4 turn equating to 0.5mm of stock removal, as well as an easy to read metal gauge. Safety features include a micro cut off switch for the top door and an Emergency Stop fitted on the outfeed side.
