Grandis 25mm x 150mm Rough Sawn

Grandis rough-sawn timber, milled at our Mulgrave yard. Supplied 25mm thick × 150mm wide in lengths from 600mm to 1700mm — ideal as stock for furniture, cabinetry, or as a starting point for further dressing. Grandis (Eucalyptus grandis, rose gum) is a fast-growing plantation hardwood with pink-brown heartwood, straight grain and moderate density. Easy to work, sands cleanly, and takes stain and finish well.

Kiln dried and ready to work

All of our timber is kiln dried to Australian standards, so it arrives stable and ready to be worked.

Because timber is a natural product, not all stock is ready to send immediately. Occasionally we need to mill your timber to the size you’ve specified before dispatch.
