Description
African Zebrawood/Zebrano Wood Blanks.
As the name implies, African Zebrano’s main attraction is its beautiful natural contrast of black streaks through light coloured timber many compare to that of a Zebra’s stripes.
While many use this timber to jazz up and contrast with less visually impressive species, woodturners and fine box construction and instrument makers gravitate to this species for its naturally beautiful appearance to give their jobs that unique edge.
Sizes and Colour:
May vary due to being a natural product, for larger quantities inquiry is key for availability.
When deciding on sizing required, it’s always better to allow larger specifications than you need, you can always remove more stock, you can’t add it back on later.
For projects larger than the available sizing, consider laminating multiple wood blanks to achieve your desired stock size.
All timber is sourced from sustainable and ecologically friendly sources and is kiln dried to Australian Quality Standards.
We have hand selected a range of quality species perfect for beginners and long-term woodworkers both. Now available online!
If you require any further information regarding this species, sizing, availability or more, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly and our staff will be happy to help.
