The Nova 1″ Hornung Jaw Set was developed in collaboration with woodturning expert Jeff Hornung and is designed to securely hold a 25mm tenon (spigot). Their 10° dovetail design gives reliable grip in both contraction and expansion modes, while fine-tooth internal serrations ensure a firm hold on rounded stock.
They are ideal for turning ornaments, bottle stoppers, furniture parts and other specialty items.
- Expansion grip range: 37.68mm to 58.12mm
- Contraction grip: 16.58mm to 38.43mm (square), 22.5mm to 42.98mm (spigot)
Each set includes four jaw segments and a manual, and is compatible with your existing Nova chuck fastenings. Backed by a 10-year full replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
