Product Details
A 270mm general-purpose dozuki with 16 TPI and a curved tip — the workhorse of the dozuki family for cabinet joinery.
Japanese saws cut on the pull stroke. The blade stays in tension under load, which lets a dozuki run a 0.3mm kerf and still track perfectly straight through dense timbers.
The 202 is the larger general-purpose dozuki — 270mm of rigid-spined blade with 16 TPI teeth. Coarser than the fine-finish dozukis, so it cuts faster without sacrificing surface quality on softwoods or open-grained hardwoods. The curved tip lets you start a cut in a confined position or pick up an existing kerf without snagging. 60mm depth of cut.

Razorsaw — Japan’s craft-saw standard
Impulse-hardened cutting edges that hold sharpness far past a conventional saw. When the teeth eventually dull, the blade gets replaced rather than resharpened. The matching blade for this saw is RSS-202.
Pairs with: the matching replacement blade — swap it when the teeth dull and the handle keeps going. See the rest of our Japanese saws.
